This page is the reserved public EULA and terms destination for Tennis Together. The final wording should be reviewed by Australian counsel before release, particularly for paid plans, professional use, health or care information, and automated outputs.
What the product provides
One tennis identity for finding people to play, planning sessions, connecting with clubs and keeping coaching progress together.
Your content and responsibilities
People keep ownership of content they provide to Tennis Together and remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use it.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, abusive, rights-infringing, security-testing or service-disrupting use. Product-specific restrictions will be added after the release capabilities are frozen.
Automated output
Where the product extracts, transcribes, suggests or organises information, the result must be reviewed before it is sent, submitted or relied upon.
Availability and changes
The final terms will describe subscriptions, refunds, service changes, suspension, termination and any applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
Publisher and governing law
The release version will identify the contracting Intellova entity and the governing jurisdiction confirmed for that product.
