Terms for using Easy Bills.
These terms govern your use of Easy Bills. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and the Easy Bills Privacy Policy.
The service
Easy Bills imports bills from files or connected mailboxes, extracts and organises invoice information, applies configured checks, supports human review and can copy files to a configured destination. It does not submit a claim, initiate payment, provide professional advice or guarantee that a payer will accept or pay a bill.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and use only a workspace you are authorised to access. Workspace owners control billing and membership. Owners and administrators can invite members and configure integrations; each member must use their own account. You are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and promptly removing access that is no longer required.
Your content
You keep ownership of files, messages, directory entries and other content you provide. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and lawful authority needed to upload, process and share that content, including personal, health, disability, aged-care and financial information. You instruct us to process that content only to provide and protect Easy Bills.
Mailbox and storage connections
Connecting Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint authorises Easy Bills to use the permissions shown in the provider consent screen for the workflow you select. You are responsible for choosing the correct mailbox, rules and destination and for complying with your organisation's retention and access obligations. You can revoke provider access, but revocation does not remove bills already imported into the workspace.
Automated extraction and review
Optical recognition, extraction, matching and program checks can be incomplete or wrong. An authorised person must compare the result with the original document, resolve or knowingly override outstanding checks, and decide whether any later claim or payment action is appropriate. Easy Bills is a review aid, not a system for emergency, legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice.
Subscriptions and page credits
Easy Bills may include introductory page credits and may offer recurring per-user subscriptions and additional page-credit packs. Current prices, billing period, taxes and inclusions are shown before purchase. Workspace owners authorise Stripe to charge the selected payment method. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between workspaces. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the billing controls; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
Acceptable use
Do not use Easy Bills unlawfully; infringe another person's rights; upload malware or content you are not authorised to process; probe, bypass or disrupt security or tenant boundaries; share accounts; scrape the service; or use the service to make an automated eligibility, care, payment or claim decision without appropriate human review. We may block malicious content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Intellova or the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Easy Bills available and secure, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security work or events outside our control. Keep original or independent copies of records you cannot afford to lose. We may improve, replace or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of a material change where practicable.
Ending use
You may stop using Easy Bills and a workspace owner may cancel a paid subscription. Account and workspace deletion must currently be requested through support and is subject to identity, authority, legal-retention and backup checks. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use or a serious security risk, with notice where it is reasonable to give it.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Intellova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by content you provide, an unreviewed automated result, an incorrect configuration, a third-party provider or a decision made outside Easy Bills.
