Keyline Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Keyline, a property communication service published by LIVIA CARE PTY LTD, trading as Intellova ("Intellova"). By using an invited Keyline account, you agree to these terms and the Keyline Privacy Policy.
1. What Keyline provides
Keyline helps authorised tenants, property teams, owners and contractors communicate, record property information and follow maintenance or other cases. It does not replace a lease, agency agreement, statutory notice, emergency service, trust-accounting system or professional advice.
2. Invitations and access
A property organisation assigns your role and property access. You must provide accurate sign-in information, protect your device and credentials, and tell the property organisation or Intellova promptly if you believe access is wrong or compromised. An identity-provider sign-in does not by itself grant access to a property.
3. Emergencies and urgent matters
Do not rely on Keyline for an emergency. Call 000 when there is immediate danger to life or property and use the emergency contacts or legally required notice channel provided by your property organisation. A message shown as sent is not proof that an emergency response has been dispatched.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give Intellova and the relevant property organisation permission to host, process, display and preserve it only as needed to operate Keyline, maintain the property record and meet lawful obligations. You must have the right to provide that content and must avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Responsible use
- Do not use Keyline unlawfully, abusively, deceptively or to harass another person.
- Do not attempt to view another agency, property, tenancy or case, test security without written approval, or disrupt the service.
- Do not disclose keys, access codes, Wi-Fi credentials or other sensitive property information to an unauthorised person.
- Do not upload malware or content you do not have a right to use.
6. Property information and decisions
Property information can become outdated and should be checked with the responsible property organisation before consequential use. Status labels and reminders help show the recorded workflow; they do not change legal rights, approve expenditure or create authority unless the authorised person has actually made that decision.
7. Private beta and availability
During private testing, Keyline may change and may be unavailable while we repair or improve it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep independent copies of information that must be retained under a lease, contract or law. We may limit or suspend access to protect people, property, security or the service.
8. Ending access and deletion
Your property organisation may end a membership when the relevant relationship ends. You may request account deletion using the Keyline deletion page. Removing your authentication account does not necessarily erase an organisation's lawful property, tenancy, safety, communication or audit record; the privacy policy explains this boundary.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. Subject to those rights, Intellova is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from unauthorised use, inaccurate information supplied by another participant, or use of Keyline contrary to these terms.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We will update this page and its date when the terms change materially and will provide reasonable notice where the change affects an active user.
